Council Name -- Girl Scouts - Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas -- the name must be at the top of every document and cannot be abbreviated. Use a space before and after the dash, do not use a comma after Oklahoma and never separate the states by a line when the council name is used in a title or heading. 3. Contact Information -- this includes who to contact and their phone number or email 4. Council web site: www.girlscoutsdiamonds.org This can be printed in a small font size, but it must be readable 5.
